BLUELOW is the commercial name of the company FINCA GOSTER, S.L. These Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use of the website https://BLUELOW.es/ (hereinafter, the Website) owned by FINCA GOSTER SL (hereinafter, BLUELOW), with VAT number: ESB88248539 and registered at Paseo del Rio 4, 28, 28223 Pozuelo de Alarcon (Madrid), as well as the services and products offered by BLUELOW on your website.
BLUELOW offers this website subject to these Terms and Conditions. By visiting the website or using the services or applications on the website, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.
User registration will not be required to access the website. However, in order to contract any of the services offered by BLUELOW, the User's registration and acceptance of these conditions will be required before making the payment.
Through the website, BLUELOW offers Users a phone cover with strap or straps for phone covers, as well as chains for face masks.
The Terms and Conditions described below define the rights and obligations of BLUELOW and the Users within the framework of the Website. These are the only Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the website (without prejudice to the fact that for certain services there may be particular conditions) and the contracting of orders through the website and they replace any other conditions, except with prior agreement and in writing between BLUELOW and the User.

In order for the user to purchase though the Website, it will be necessary for the User to register through the registration form available on the Website.
The User will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the data and information provided and for restricting access to their computer and their access codes to avoid possible unauthorized access or use.
In the event that the User has reason to believe that their data has been shared to a third party, or has been used in an unauthorized manner, or are likely to be, the User must immediately communicate it to BLUELOW.
The User must verify that their data is correct and complete and inform BLUELOW when there is any variation and / or modification in the information provided during the purchase process.
3.-Orders and conditions of sale
The services and products offered through BLUELOW's Website are intended for the purchase of BLUELOW's brand accessories.
In order to contract an order from BLUELOW, the User must be over 18 years of age.
From the Website https://BLUELOW.es/, BLUELOW will send orders anywhere in the world.
To place orders through the Website, the User must provide a series of data prior to contracting, through the purchase form, and that will be necessary to manage your purchase order.
4.-Price, payment method and discount codes
Once the data form has been completed, the User must proceed to pay the order through the means of payment specified on the Website.
After the payment is done, the User will receive an order confirmation email, which will include a summary of the items purchased, the modality requested, and shipping address.
If at the time of payment there is an incident that prevents the payment to be effective, the User will receive an automatic payment error message and their order will not be processed until the payment is completed successfully.
The prices of the services are expressed in Euros (€), including taxes and management and shipping costs, the amount of which will be indicated at the time of confirmation of each order.
BLUELOW may periodically offer discount codes to its Users. Such discounts may only be applied in accordance with the instructions specified by BLUELOW with respect to each code, and in any case Users may only use a single code per order.
The use of discount codes will not be compatible with certain promotional actions and collections.
5.-Information about BLUELOW's products and services
The data included in the website in each description of the products and services, in their photographs, graphic or iconographic representations or videos as well as trade names, brands or signs Badges of any kind, have a purely informative function. Therefore, BLUELOW declines any responsibility for the appearance of errors in said information, although it undertakes to take all measures within its power to correct the aforementioned errors or omissions as soon as possible after having been informed of them.
6.-Returns and right of withdrawal
6.1.-Returns for manufacturing defects .
The User may return to BLUELOW, free of charge, any product that has a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the contracted products, the User will have a period of fifteen days from when he became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to notify BLUELOW of his/her lack of conformity with them. If this period is exceeded, any damages and losses will be assumed by the User.
The return of products that have manufacturing defects in them will not entail any additional cost for the User.
To formalize the return, the User must contact BLUELOW within the granted period of fifteen days, through this contact form , indicating the product or products to be returned, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects seen in them.
Once BLUELOW has received the User's communication, it will inform you within 1-3 business days whether or not to return the product. In the event that the return proceeds, BLUELOW will indicate to the User how to collect or send the faulty product.

Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and -where appropriate-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way, BLUELOW reserves the right to deny the refund.
Once the product has been received and the defects have been verified, BLUELOW will give the User the possibility to replace the product with another of identical characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate to BLUELOW.
In the event that due to lack of stock, another product with identical characteristics cannot be shipped, the User may choose to terminate the contract (that is, the return of the amounts paid) or request another model that the User voluntarily chooses.
The delivery of the product with identical characteristics or the new model that the User chooses, as appropriate, will be made within the next 3-5 business days from the date in which BLUELOW will confirm to the User the replacement of the faulty product or the shipment of the new model.
The replacement, shipment of a new model or the termination of the contract will not imply additional costs for the User.
If the User terminates the contract, BLUELOW will refund the entire amount paid to the User for the purchase of the faulty product (excluding shipping costs) .
If the User only wishes to return one or some of the products that were part of the order, BLUELOW will not be able to return the shipping costs that the User paid when placing the order.
BLUELOW informs the Users that the return terms of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the User used when placing the order: < / span>
- If the User has made the payment by credit / debit card, BLUELOW will refund the amount paid within a period of 14 calendar days from when the User decided to resolve the contract.
- If the User has made the payment through PAYPAL, BLUELOW will return the amount paid within 24-48 business hours from when the User decided to terminate the contract .
In any case, BLUELOW will return the amounts paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days following the date on which the User informed BLUELOW of its decision to withdraw from the contract.
7.-Product Change Policy
BLUELOW does not allow the change between a product purchased by the User for another product that is on sale on the Website.
In the event that the User wants to change a product, he/she must exercise its right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of this document to comply with clause 6.2 and later buy the new product he/she wants.
8.- Use of the Website
The use of the Website for fraudulent purposes, or related to criminal offenses or illegal activities of any kind is not allowed.
It is also prohibited to send, use or reuse illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or threatening material of any kind, or that constitutes a violation of rights of intellectual property, trademarks, confidentiality, privacy or any other right, or is otherwise injurious or objectionable to third parties, or whose content contains computer viruses, political propaganda, advertising content, chain mail, mass mailing or any other type of "spam" and, in general, any type of unnecessary annoyance or inconvenience.

The entry into force of the modifications of the Terms and Conditions will occur from the moment of their publication on this Website.
13.-Campain Personalization
The User is the subject of a random campaign, so the shipping terms applicable to each order may vary randomly. The User's personal data will not be taken into account as a variable when determining the particular conditions of each order.
14.- Notifications
All communications between BLUELOW and the User regarding the purchase of items though the Website will be made in writing and in accordance with the established communication procedures in these Terms and Conditions.
15.- Language
BLUELOW can translate these Terms and Conditions, its Privacy Policy, or any other operating standard, policy or procedure that may be published on the Website. The Spanish version will be the one that prevails in case of conflict.
16.-Ethical policy on suppliers
As a reputable and reliable company, committed to the goal of providing high-quality products to its customers, BLUELOW recognizes its obligation to ensure that suppliers act ethically. We expect our suppliers to regularly provide an environment that protects the health and safety of employees, as well as their basic human rights. All providers must comply with their national employment laws and regulations, in particular with regard to the following:

BLUELOW will never knowingly purchase supplies from countries that violate the above principles. We also expect our suppliers to translate these principles into dealing with their own suppliers. Due to the sometimes complex nature of our suppliers' supply chain, it is not always possible to monitor and control the conditions of each individual involved in the production of our products. However, as BLUELOW continues to grow, it recognizes the importance of taking initiative and doing everything possible to defend the rights of the people involved in the manufacture of its products.
17.-Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish law. The parties, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
Also, by virtue of the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 21, 2013, on online dispute resolution on consumer matters , BLUELOW informs you that, in case of dispute, the User resident of the European Union may go to the "Online Platform of Conflict Resolution" that the European Commission has developed, in order to try to settle out of court any controversy that derives from the provision of services by BLUELOW.

18.- Personalized products
Once the product is personalized with embroidered letters, returns will not be accepted. Delivery times for personalized products is of four (4) days.
