Alice Coltrane turned jazz into a doorway to other worlds. A pianist, harpist, and composer, she created a deeply spiritual, expansive, and personal musical universe. After collaborating with John Coltrane, she continued building a body of work of her own, in which jazz met musical traditions from around the world and a constant inner search.
